It has become a trendy managerial acronym: VUCA, short for volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity, and a catchall for “Hey, it’s crazy out there!” It’s also misleading: VUCA conflates four distinct types of challenges that demand four distinct types of responses. Ms. Bibha affirms that on average, a person has approximately 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day. Of this, 95% are repetitive, and 80% are negative. Can you believe this?
Deep breathing is one of the excellent tips she shares with us to be fully present in the NOW.
